About Yoga
Yoga is a practice and a science that supports this idea of cultivating a sweet life. On the mat we practice asana (yoga poses), meditation, mindfulness and contemplation to bring about strength, flexibility and a deep inner presence. This improved sense of well being then spills from the mat into all aspects of our life. We are more balanced, more clear and more able clearly see who we are and what we want for our selves.

For students new to the studio only, purchase your first week at Shri for $20.00 Try as many classes as you want, get to know our teachers and our community. Shri Life Yoga invites you to live your most radiant life.
